MST Multiple Services, LLC (“MST”, “we”, “us”) provides tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll and related business support. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it and the choices you have.
This policy covers website inquiries, consultation requests and free resource registration. The public website is not a tax-return submission portal. Information needed for an agreed client engagement is requested separately through an agreed secure process.
When you submit a consultation request, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, business name, the services and industry you select, your preferred contact method and any notes you choose to include.
When you request a free checklist, we collect your email address, optional name, the resource selected and your separate choice about future helpful emails. If you opt in, we also retain the date of that consent.
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may automatically record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and operational purposes.
The public website does not request Social Security numbers, bank or card account numbers, tax identification numbers, passwords, tax returns or other sensitive tax documents. Please do not include them in consultation notes or initial emails. This website does not accept payments or file uploads.
If you engage MST for tax preparation or other services, we will discuss which records are needed and agree on an appropriate secure method for exchanging them. Requesting a checklist does not authorize access to your tax records or establish a client engagement.
We store consultation requests so we can review them and respond to you using your preferred contact method. We may use the information to understand your needs and prepare for a consultation. We do not sell your personal information.
We use checklist registration information to provide the selected resource. After successful registration, the checklist appears on the website with options to open or download the PDF; it is not automatically emailed. Requesting a checklist does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
Future helpful business and recordkeeping emails require your separate, optional consent. The marketing checkbox is not preselected, and declining it does not prevent resource access. To withdraw consent, email MST using the contact details below, identify the email address used for signup and ask to stop helpful emails.
If you choose to schedule using our online calendar link, you will use a third-party scheduling service (Calendly) that has its own privacy policy. Information you provide there is governed by that provider’s terms.
We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing. We may share information with service providers that help us operate this website, or when required by law.
We keep consultation and resource registration information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, provide resources and maintain business records. We retain optional email consent while it remains relevant, and use reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
You may ask us to update or delete the information you submitted by emailing MST using the contact details below or through the consultation form and referencing your request. We may need to confirm your identity before acting, and some records may need to be retained to meet applicable legal obligations. Do not send sensitive identifiers to make a privacy request.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
