MST provides tax preparation and related financial-services support. Website content, resource articles and free checklists provide general information; they are not individualized tax, accounting or legal advice and do not by themselves create a client relationship.

Free checklist use and ownership

You may download, print and use MST checklists for your own personal or business recordkeeping. No purchase or marketing-email opt-in is required to receive a checklist.

MST-branded checklists, original website content, logos and watermarks are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual-property law. Unless MST gives written permission or applicable law permits otherwise, you may not sell, republish, redistribute or rebrand the checklists, or remove their logo, watermark or copyright notices. Watermarks identify the source but do not guarantee that copying can be prevented.

Checklist requirements and tax treatment vary by business and circumstances. A completed checklist is not a guarantee of a complete tax return, a deduction, a refund or compliance with every reporting requirement. Contact MST to discuss which records and services apply to you.

No guarantees

MST does not guarantee any particular tax outcome, refund amount, funding or loan approval, or business result. MST does not lend money or broker loans. Notary services, including mobile appointments, are offered in Georgia only. Signing-agent services do not include legal advice or interpretation of loan terms. Apostille services are administrative assistance: the appropriate government authority issues the apostille and determines eligibility. Processing times, acceptance and transaction completion are not guaranteed. Service scope, location and any fees are confirmed before an engagement.

Consultation requests

Submitting a consultation request does not create an engagement or guarantee that services will be provided. Any services are subject to a separate agreement. Initial consultations are free. This website does not process payments, so no payment or refund terms apply to website use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, attempt to interfere with its operation or submit sensitive financial identifiers through its forms.

Third-party links

The website links to third-party services such as our scheduling provider. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, MST is not liable for damages arising from use of the website or reliance on its general information.
